ARCHITECTURE & PERMISSION DOCUMENTS
Villa Paparusi, situated on a generous land lot in Florida, presented a unique challenge to our team. The client desired a single-story house that exuded elegance and grandeur.
Additionally, they requested a separate guest house that, while not physically connected to the main house, still maintained a cohesive architectural presence.
To meet these requirements, we embarked on the design process, ultimately selecting the Mediterranean style as the perfect synthesis of elegance and simplicity. This architectural style would harmonize with the client's vision while maintaining a sense of timelessness.
To achieve the desired outcome, we strategically designed the main house and guest house to be connected through a lanai. This design element provided a seamless link between the two structures, creating a unified whole while respecting the client's desire for physical separation.
The Villa Paparusi project showcases a thoughtfully crafted architectural composition that evokes a sense of grandeur and elegance. The Mediterranean style, chosen for its timeless appeal, complements the spacious land lot and creates a captivating visual presence.
By incorporating the lanai as a connecting element, we have successfully fulfilled the client's requirements, resulting in a harmonious and visually striking architectural design.
